ABOUT LEIGH CANNING

I have worked as a personal trainer in commercial gyms and in clients homes from London to South Africa. Many clients have had specific fitness and weight loss goals that I have been able to help them achieve – very often surpassing their own goals and expectations. This has left them with renewed confidence and energy.


Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients.

PERFECT TEN

10 SESSIONS £500

10 personal training sessions on a one to one basis. Your progress will be tracked regularly and will include fitness testing and body measurements which will be recorded at the beginning, middle and end of your training package. 
In addition, your body fat percentage, BMI and blood pressure will be closely monitored throughout so that we know you're on the right path.

FIT TOGETHER

6 SESSIONS £360

Train with your preferred workout partner with our Fit Together package.
With a variety of training styles we will work on body weight exercises using TRX, HIIT training and strength training with kettlebells and barbells.
Suitable for people of all ages this has proven extremely popular with parents who want to get fit but struggle to find time for the gym.
This is the ideal package for anyone looking to unleash their competitive side!

 
 

We came to Leigh in January as we had heard how effective, motivating and just plain fun he is! 

As a busy couple, finding time together is important and our morning workouts are a perfect time to leave work behind, have some great laughs (and a little light hearted competition!) and get fit. 

We leave each session invigorated, energised and ready for the week ahead. 

Leigh is fantastic at gauging your progress, giving you what you can handle while still pushing you to challenge yourself and make great improvements in your weight, strength and fitness level. 

He constantly mixes it up, throwing in new exercises alongside oldies but goodies to keep you on your toes and having fun. 


We have been delighted with the results we have achieved with Leigh ... between us we have dropped significant weight and are enjoying the compliments from colleagues, family and friends.
